RE: GreenState Credit Union Appoints Heather Stumpf as Chief Financial Officer
NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa —GreenState Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Stumpf as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 18 years of experience in the finance industry, Stumpf brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Stumpf has been an integral part of the GreenState team since 2014, previously serving as the Senior Vice President/Controller and Vice President/Controller. As the credit union's first Controller and Finance team member, she successfully built and managed a highly skilled team to support GreenState's growth. Stumpf's passion for process improvements and efficiencies led her to establish the Finance Committee, which enhances transparency of financial performance, rules, and risk.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stumpf is actively involved in the community. She serves as the Treasurer of the Domestic Violence Intervention Program and is a member of the Finance Council of her church. Stumpf is also an active member of the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves on the Financial Institutions and Career Awareness Committees, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
