Hello and welcome to my new and improved website! I have been helping people purchase and refinance their homes since 2002. It's always rewarding to help people obtain the American Dream, from the excited first time home buyer to the client who I am assisting with their 5th home mortgage. I enjoy the outdoors as much as I enjoy crunching numbers for clients! I am a huge Chicago sports fan as well. GO BEARS!

My specialty is the numbers. The numbers are THE most important part, obviously. And I break them down into simple equations so you, the borrower, don't have to be afraid of them. Once you understand the basics of the transaction, the numbers just all fit in their appropriate sections and are easy to break down going forward.
